Outlook Junk E-mail Folder creating continuous duplicate emails. Also, IMAP folders are subs under Inbox..

File> Account Setting > Account Settings
Click on IMAP account > Click More Settings on the bottom right > Advanced Tab
Folders - Root Folder Path: enter INBOX
Save 

You can also go to File> Account Settings > Account Settings
Click the IMAP Account
Root Folder Path: enter INBOX
